Andrea Danese is a co-founder of Brokers Services Holding, LLC, the franchisor of the William B. May brand. An experienced banking and structured credit professional, Andrea has been an active venture capitalist in New York since 2005 and recently incubated a real estate investment fund and a real estate advisory business. Andrea is also a Founder and Managing Director of Fusion Advisory Partners, Inc. an advisory boutique in the fixed income structured product field.
Andrea was Chief Executive Officer of the Tullett Prebon Information Group. Prior to joining Tullet Prebon in 2005, he had been President and Chief Operating Officer of Creditex. Before his highly entrepreneurial involvement at Creditex and Tullet Prebon, Andrea served as Director and Chief Operating Officer of Global Credit Derivatives for Deutsche Bank in London. He started his financial services career at J.P. Morgan as a member of the General Counsel’s Office later moving into structured credit products.
Andrea earned his LLM in International Business Law from the University of London and a degree in law from the University of Rome. In addition, Andrea serves a Board Member of the executive search firm McCann Partners.
Andrea is fluent in several languages including English, Italian, French and Spanish. He lives in Manhattan with his wife Claire, and their two children.
