The firm specializes in the luxury residential market in Manhattan. The firm has almost thirty buildings in its management portfolio with an asset value of more than 2 billion dollars. A licensed Real Estate Broker, Craig has negotiated and sold many coops and condominiums throughout New York City.
Craig’s prior experience includes, in 1973 co-founding one of the first non manufacturer owned temperature control and building automation businesses with a focus on the major commercial building market in Manhattan. The business grew into a full fledged energy management firm and was subsequently taken public. From 1985 through 1993 Craig assembled, acquired and developed properties in the greater New York area. He also participated as a general partner in several conversions of rental buildings to cooperatives.
