Craig Lamb is a co-founder and a principal of J. & C. Lamb Management Corp, which was established in 1993. Located at 4 Park Avenue in New York City, J & C Lamb is a residential management firm with a brokerage division known as Lamb Realty. The firm specializes in the luxury residential market in Manhattan. The firm has almost thirty buildings in its management portfolio with an asset value of more than 2 billion dollars. A licensed Real Estate Broker, Craig has negotiated and sold many coops and condominiums throughout New York City.
Craig’s prior experience includes, in 1973 co-founding one of the first non manufacturer owned temperature control and building automation businesses with a focus on the major commercial building market in Manhattan. The business grew into a full fledged energy management firm and was subsequently taken public. From 1985 through 1993 Craig assembled, acquired and developed properties in the greater New York area. He also participated as a general partner in several conversions of rental buildings to cooperatives.
